SHIPPING:
All items will be shipped once a week, regardless of the type of shipping you pay for. Please keep this in mind when buying an item.
CUSTOMS:
These are fees that you might be charged by your country when picking up an imported parcel from abroad. They depend on your own country’s laws and are out of my hands as a seller. Parcels charged with these fees are chosen arbitrarily, so please be aware of this before ordering an item. I am not liable for any customs you might get charged upon arrival.
PREORDERS:
This refers to products which are paid for in advance to help pay for their creation. Preorder item shipping dates are stated with the product and can take weeks to be made and shipped to you.
RETURNS:
I do not take refunds or returns, but if your item has arrived damaged due to faulty packaging or because of a defective item, I will gladly send a replacement.
CANCELLATIONS:
Normal items can only be cancelled within one hour of their purchase, for which you must send me an email through the ‘contact’ tab on this website. Preorder items can be cancelled as long as the item is listed in the store as available and has not been ordered yet.
